Fantastic! Amazing! Where do we even begin ... buying a home or selling a home is very personal. And to top it off, you are dealing with the crazy market - well, at least we did ... our home we bought in 2014 had 25 offers and we didn't even get it. Mike and Erin knew we were very disappointed but made sure we were educated on being put for the listing as "back up offer". Long story short, we got the house. They are patient, kind and responsive. Don't look any further!! all you need is Mike and Erin on your team!! Trust me and til this day, they are so kind and invite us to all of their events and they always give us apple or pumpkin pies during thanksgiving... just goes to show you how wonderful they are and they genuinely care about their clients. Mike and Erin...where shall I start? I love them. My wife and I have moved a lot because of my work. As a result, we have purchased homes in various locations and met numerous realtors along the way. Out of the many realtors we have interacted with, we have only liked three: a realtor in Boston that we used , Mike, and Erin. We were living in San Francisco at the time and needed to find a home in the Los Angeles area. Luckily, my wife's high school classmate recommended Mike and Erin. The reasons why I love them so much (and I have told them this many times) is that they are genuine, honest, down-to-earth people. Erin is honest in a diplomatic sort of way and Mike can be brutally honest. They have their own areas of expertise within their field and they complement each other as a team. Throughout the entire home buying process I was always able to reach Erin or Mike. Above all, they are concerned with getting to know you as a person/couple/family so that they can find the right home for YOU. They can also help you to find tenants if you are a property owner. We have gotten to know them personally over the years and would consider them friends at this point. If you need a real estate agent, you can't go wrong with Mike and Erin (they work together as a team and I wouldn't have it any other way).
